Learning Programs Manager

Overseeing the planning, coordination, and evaluation of diverse learning events, the full-time remote Learning Programs Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance participant engagement, manage project workflows, and utilize learning technologies, including AI, to support event delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of learning events by collaborating with stakeholders and providing technical assistance during delivery Coordinate and support a diverse calendar of events, ensuring effective project management and communication across teams Monitor learning event performance metrics and analyze member behavior to drive improvements and inform strategies Required qualifications 8 years of equivalent combination of education and relevant professional work experience Experience with online and/or in-person adult or professional learning Experience with educational technologies, tools, and platforms Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in professional work Minimum of four years' experience in project management or program administration related to learning programs or events
