To support the growth of Pigment's customer and partner education ecosystem, the full-time Learning Operations Manager will manage operational execution of education programs, drive certification growth, and oversee learning technology systems in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale Support the growth and adoption of Pigment certification programs across customers and partners Serve as the primary administrator for the LMS and supporting learning technologies Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, or certification management Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, or similar solutions Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and operational workflows Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve program outcomes Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment preferred
