Supporting onboarding and compliance initiatives, the remote full-time Learning Management System Sr Specialist will manage LMS administration, content management, and user support to enhance training effectiveness and ensure compliance within the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Quality division. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize the online learning platform to meet training and compliance needs Upload and maintain e-learning content, ensuring compatibility with SCORM/xAPI standards Provide user support by troubleshooting technical issues and assisting learners and instructors Required qualifications Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to browsers, SSO, and access Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, or a related field preferred, or a High School Diploma with 7 years of equivalent work experience Familiarity with HTML/CSS or LMS branding tools is preferred
