Learning Experience Leader: Build World-Class Training

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training programs aligned with product-specific methodologies. You will lead a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders and coordinate with site managers to ensure onboarding and world-class training across locations.

Applicants should have a minimum of five years in training, two years of management experience (preferably in BPO), and strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
