Learning Development Specialist

To support a dynamic learning environment, the temporary Learning Development Specialist will plan and implement comprehensive training programs, develop engaging learning materials, and monitor compliance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and implement training programs, including both instructor-led and virtual sessions Select and develop learning materials that engage participants and achieve desired outcomes Analyze course evaluations to assess training effectiveness and implement necessary improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 or more years of experience in training or learning development Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
