Learning Designer (Manufacturing Enablement)Required Education and Experience: • BA/BS with minimum 3 years of experience with facilitation or classroom training, content creation, and instructional design. • Experience designing and delivering instructor-led or classroom-based learning, with a clear understanding of learner engagement and real-world application. • Ability to create clear, engaging learning content using storytelling, scenarios, and real-world use cases that support on the job performance. • Capability to diagnose performance gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and align learning to behavior change and business impact.
• Experience applying instructional design methods and principles (e.g., ADDIE, action mapping, learning science such as Mayer's principles) to guide design decisions. • Visual design capability, including creating clean, learner-centered layouts for presentations, job aids, and digital learning assets that improve clarity and usability. • Demonstrated ownership of work—from intake through delivery—while managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight. • Ability to partner effectively with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex content into learner-ready materials.Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with technical or process-heavy content (e.g., IT systems, manufacturing, operations).
