Learning Content Lead for Training & eLearning

Default Brand is seeking a Content Development Manager to lead creation and maintenance of training materials for employees and customers. You will convert complex information into engaging learning assets, update existing content, and ensure consistency with organizational goals.

You will partner with SMEs and trainers, review content for clarity, and use analytics to improve learner engagement. A strong background in instructional design and content tooling is required.
