Learning Center Director: Student Success Leader

California State University, Fresno's Learning Center Director (Admin II) reports to the Associate VP for Student Success Services and provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for the Learning Center. The role drives high-impact, data-informed student success initiatives across SI, tutoring, and ASC programs to improve persistence, retention, and graduation outcomes.

The director leads a large team, manages budgets, designs programs, and collaborates across Academic
