To support the continued growth and performance of the Learning & Development team, the full-time Learning and Quality Specialist will ensure training effectiveness, audit compliance, and oversee onboarding sessions while driving accountability across all learning programs in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of trainer delivery and adherence to training materials Provide structured coaching and feedback to trainers to enhance effectiveness and engagement Track and report on new hire training progress and partner with supervisors to identify support needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of experience in training, facilitation, quality assurance, or learning & development, preferably in a warehouse or operations environment Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and reporting Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-first mindset
