To enhance the onboarding and learning experience, the full-time Learning and Onboarding Specialist will manage onboarding operations, coordinate enterprise learning programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure effective employee integration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the enterprise onboarding experience and lead the preboarding and onboarding process Coordinate and facilitate START Class programming, ensuring alignment with BGBx's culture and values Administer learning technologies and support enterprise learning initiatives, tracking participation and effectiveness Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, or a related field Experience managing or coordinating employee programs and learning initiatives Strong project management and organizational skills Experience with learning management systems, preferably Docebo Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment
