Learning and Development Partner

Owning the design and execution of skills programs, the full-time remote Learning and Development Partner will manage the full cycle of learning initiatives while collaborating with business leaders to enhance team member growth and capability development. Key responsibilities Conduct needs analysis and scope training solutions to ensure mastery of specific skills Support performance management processes by providing frameworks and tools for evaluation Develop and manage all learning deliverables and tools while overseeing the execution of scoped programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in an instructional design role 3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs Fluency in leveraging AI technologies for training solutions Experience with various learning technologies such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
