Senior Recruiter, Human Resources & Business Operations at Turn2Partners

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training and professional development initiatives for internal staff.
  • Coordinate workshops, classes, and training sessions delivered in person, via Zoom, or through the organization’s learning management platform.
  • Manage all logistics end-to-end, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, preparing materials, ensuring presenters are supported, setting up virtual meetings, reserving rooms, and maintaining smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external facilitators by preparing materials, reviewing presentation content, and managing timelines.
  • Contribute to the development of new learning programs by creating schedules, editing content, building slide decks, and supporting e-Learning courses within the LMS.
  • Maintain accurate records such as registration lists, attendance tracking, and evaluation results (e.g., SurveyMonkey) and assist in organizing and analyzing learner feedback.
  • Provide general administrative support for the learning team, including scheduling meetings, creating documents and reports, managing shared inboxes, updating resources, and assisting team leaders with ongoing projects.

  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred
