This role is responsible for ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and execution of development programs and enterprise-wide learning initiatives that strengthen employee capability and organizational effectiveness.This position is located on-site at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Monday-Thursday with Flex Fridays.Learning Management System (LMS) SupportConfigures and maintains programs, campaigns, and courses in the Workday LMSProvides timely and accurate reporting on training activities recorded in the LMS: attendance, completion rates, and other key metrics to support the organization's measurement and reporting strategiesAddresses user issues and provides timely system supportMonitors data accuracyProgram SupportAssists in coordinating end-to-end learning programs, from scheduling to evaluation, to ensure seamless executionProvides logistical support for virtual and live training sessions, workshops, and eventsServes as the point of contact for L&D communicationsManages and maintains content libraries, master L&D calendar, and print and digital L&D materialsManages vendor partnerships - coordinates and administers contracts, service agreements, and vendor relationships for external training and development servicesSkills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of experience in L&D or LMS administrationPrior Workday Learning experience preferredAbility to manage priorities and work independently or collaborativelyStrong problem solver with ability to manage multiple deadlinesAttention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentationExcellent oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammarProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plusEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources, or a related fieldTravel RequirementsPercent of Travel Required: 10%Qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a protected veteran or other characteristics protected by law.For more information on Equal Employment Opportunity, please follow these links: EEO is the Law EEO is the Law Supplement Pay Transparency Provision
