A PE-backed, global manufacturing firm is seeking a Lean Transformation Leader to join their team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with, educating, and mentoring key organizational leaders in the implementation of Lean principles for the purpose of transforming manufacturing and supply chain operations, as well as business administration processes to drive financial performance outcomes for the better. This role has Enterprise-wide influence and will initially focus on the improvement of flow and throughput across all facilities within the business. Working closely with Executive Leadership, you will develop and implement strategies, drawing on your experience, that will improve operational execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Dramatically improve daily routine practices and discipline for the purpose of improved communication, throughput, and productivity
- Develop sustainable processes that deliver increased revenue, profit, and free cash across multiple facilities
- Lead a cultural shift that embraces on root cause analysis, problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer-focused results
If you have the following experience, we want to connect with you!
- Extensive knowledge in Lean with demonstrated success in practical application
- 10+ years of experience manufacturing with time spent at the Senior Leadership levels in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead large organizational transformation
