Lean Six Sigma Project Analyst

Serving in a strategic capacity, the full-time remote Lean Six Sigma Project Analyst Principal will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes through continuous improvement methodologies. Key responsibilities Lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma to achieve financial, operational, customer, and employee outcomes Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, identifying improvement opportunities and shaping future-state operating models Establish and govern continuous improvement standards and tools to ensure consistent execution and visibility of business impact Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field 7 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, or project management Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
