Seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Analyst - DoD Programs, the full-time remote position will lead business process improvement initiatives and operational assessments to enhance efficiency across Military Health System facility programs. Key responsibilities Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and operational practices Create process maps and documentation to support decision-making and standardization Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement and performance measurement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence Lean Six Sigma Certification and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Experience in complex organizations, particularly in healthcare or federal programs Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
