Lean Six Sigma Business Partner

Driving process excellence in a full-time remote capacity, the Continuous Improvement Business Partner will manage strategic initiatives, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver measurable results and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Key responsibilities Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyze current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions, defining project scope and success metrics Promote awareness and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies while supporting training and coaching for employees Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or project management Strong project management experience, including business case development and implementation planning Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
