HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Lean Portfolio & Value Management (LPM) Lead to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities

Enable clients to prioritize, fund, and govern transformation initiatives using Lean Portfolio Management principles and enable the transition to value-based funding models. Drive alignment between strategy, execution, and value delivery in product and platform operating models.

• Lead implementation of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for client transformations.
• Facilitate portfolio-level prioritization and funding aligned to business value.
• Define epic intake, prioritization, and governance processes for product or service portfolios.
• Support clients in transitioning from project-based to product-based funding models.
• Define value measurement frameworks for operating model transformation programs.
• Identify and quantify business outcomes, KPIs, and leading/lagging indicators.
• Mentor leadership teams in portfolio governance ceremonies (e.g., Portfolio Sync, Epic Review).
• Develop value dashboards and reporting models for client leadership.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years in portfolio management, Agile at scale, or enterprise transformation
• 5–8 years in value management, transformation benefits realization, or performance analytics
• Certified or experienced in SAFe Lean Portfolio Management or equivalent.
• Strong financial governance and business case analysis expertise.
• Experience driving transformation in large, global IT or product organizations.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $86,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $172,200 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
