Lean OpEx Instructor

To enhance operational excellence, the part-time Lean OpEx Instructor will deliver training sessions, develop course materials, and assess participant progress in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging training sessions on Lean methodologies and operational excellence principles Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness Assess participant progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement Required qualifications Proven experience in Lean methodologies and operational excellence Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create effective training programs Experience in assessing and evaluating training outcomes Relevant certifications in Lean or Six Sigma preferred Ability to work independently and manage remote training logistics
