Lean Manufacturing Team Lead

Enpro Industries, Inc. seeks a Team Lead - ITMS who will coach a lean, safety‑driven team to meet production metrics and customer demand. You’ll promote our culture, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement across the cell.

You’ll collaborate with shift leaders, schedule safety meetings, manage manpower and materials, and lead kaizen events while upholding standard work and 5-S principles.
