Production Supervisor | Third Shift (7:30 PM – 6:00 AM)
Ready to lead when it matters most? Evoqua is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to own third-shift operations manufacturing large-scale wastewater treatment equipment in carbon and stainless steel.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll: Drive day-to-day production while keeping schedules on track.
- Lead and apply Lean Manufacturing practices that actually move the needle
- Ensure strong inventory control and operational discipline
- Champion quality, safety, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve workflow and reduce waste.
- Identify and execute process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management and lean manufacturing.
- Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
