Alberici Constructors seeks a Lean Services Associate to support construction project delivery through Lean practices such as the Last Planner System. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and Lean Champions to improve planning and workflow reliability.
Under Lean leadership, you will facilitate planning activities, support Lean training, and coach teams toward ownership of Lean systems while building foundational planning and continuous improvement skills.
