Leadman – Metal ManufacturingFort Worth, TX Pay: Up to $26.00/hr Full-Time | Metal Manufacturing | MON-FRI | 2pm - 10pmJob DutiesLead and direct daily production activities.Supervise and support production employees.Assign work and monitor productivity.Train employees on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Communicate production updates and concerns to management.Assist with hands-on production duties as needed.RequirementsPrevious leadership experience in metal manufacturing preferred.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.Ability to lead and motivate a production team.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
