To support a growing leadership development practice, the remote Leadership Learning Consultant will advise senior executives, architect innovative learning solutions, and engage with clients while spending approximately 75% of their time on strategic solutioning and leadership advisory, and 25% on content development. Key responsibilities Lead solution strategy for high-value proposals and client opportunities Design executive-level leadership programs and create high-quality learning content Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders to influence leadership strategies Required qualifications Significant experience in leadership development consulting and advising senior stakeholders Extensive experience in designing leadership learning experiences across multiple modalities Proven ability to lead solution architecture for complex proposals and RFPs Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies for enhancing leadership development Strong commercial acumen with a focus on balancing learning impact and business outcomes
