Role Overview
As a Leadership Education Program Manager, you will:
- Guide participants frominitialenquiry through to full program involvement
- Conduct structured virtual discovery conversations to explore suitability and interest
- Manage onboarding and engagement pathways for clarity, consistency, and participant satisfaction
- Attract and engage participants via professional, compliant communications across approved channels
- Support participants in exploring programs and potential development opportunities
- Track progress and refine processes to enhance engagement and outcomes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help participants succeed
- Identifyprocess improvements to enhance operational efficiency and engagement
Who This Suits
- 10+ years’ professional experience in HR, L&D, education, client engagement, program delivery, or related fields
- Comfortable managing your own responsibilities and outcomes
- Strongcommunication, relationship-building, and virtual facilitation skills
