Consolidated Precision Products’ Leadership Development Program is a full-time rotational role in our manufacturing operations. Participants complete structured rotations across casting, machining, quality, and supply chain functions, supporting shop-floor projects and data-driven process improvements. You will analyze production metrics, help implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with leaders on safety and quality goals.
The program includes formal training, mentoring, and exposure to advanced aerospace technologies, preparing you for future leadership roles within CPP’s global network.
