Chick‑fil‑A First Street is offering a paid 1-3 year Leader Intern program to build your business acumen. The Leader Intern program is designed to teach you:

  • How to Operate a Chick‑fil‑A restaurant
  • How to Lead and Develop the people in a restaurant/business organization
  • How to become a Good Financial Steward
We are looking for enthusiastic and results‑focused individuals who want to build their business acumen in the quick‑service/fast‑food industry. Here at Chick‑fil‑A First Street, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our leadership team as well as with the Franchise Owner, who is personally invested in your success! Our internship will prepare you for restaurant leadership, whether that is pursuing a career with Chick‑fil‑A or elsewhere. You will learn how to impact business results and relationships.

Course content includes rotations in different operational areas of our business. You will spend time learning how to make an impact in:

  • Hospitality
  • Kitchen Operation

Requirements/Responsibilities

Leader Intern responsibilities include:

  • Full‑time commitment to the program (25–30 hours)
  • In‑person serving customers in both front of house and kitchen operations
  • Take ownership in their development plan
