What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead and influence the development and implementation of Lean business practices across the organization to enhance growth, productivity, and quality
  • Partner with site leadership to implement the company's Lean Enterprise system and ensure best practices in processes, systems, and customer service
  • Develop, execute, and maintain transformation plans, including leading kaizen events, knowledge sharing, and mentoring future Lean practitioners
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and monitor progress
  • Deliver coaching and training on Lean principles, continuous improvement tools, and problem-solving techniques
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving among employees

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline
  • At least two (2) years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations management
  • Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies; strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities that are required at a level 1.
  • Experience with demonstrated success developing and implementing continuous improvement programs and have leadership experience within a manufacturing/maintenance environment.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
