Lead Workday Payroll HRIS Analyst

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations and ensure compliance across a multi-state, multi-country environment. The role requires deep Workday Payroll expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in payroll processing, testing, and
