To support a growing IT team, the full-time remote Lead Workday Engineer will manage the configuration and integration of Workday applications, ensuring effective solutions and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Create, maintain, and improve Workday configuration and integrations using specialized development tools Complete requests from start to finish, including gathering requirements, testing, and support Lead the intake and distribution of integration service requests, ensuring timely resolution based on expertise and workload Required qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience in ERP, HRIS, or financial reporting systems 4+ years of experience with Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio and EIBs Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and training Experience in Workday configuration, integration, and advanced reporting Workday Pro Certification preferred but not required
