This role requires strong experience in sewer (collections) plumbing, field operations, and team leadership. Pay: $20-$30/hrQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDClass B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsementFlorida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Class 3 Distribution Operator LicenseFWPCA Class C Collections LicenseExperience in maintenance of collection and distribution systemsConstruction experience, including managing crewsMust possess and maintain a valid driver's licensePlumbing experienceSewer (collections) plumbing experienceResponsibilities:Lead, train, and supervise field personnel on daily operations and job sitesConduct pre-task planning and hazard analysis to ensure team safetyInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot wastewater collection systems (sewer lines, manholes, valves, lift stations)Perform sewer line cleaning, repairs, and new installationsRespond to work orders, field issues, and customer inquiriesParticipate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (including weekends/holidays)Operate heavy equipment (backhoes, jet vac trucks, dump trucks, etc.)Perform trench work, excavation, backfilling, and site restorationComplete inspections, documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and permitting standardsPerform preventative maintenance and assist with system repairs
