Owning the end-to-end response to critical vulnerabilities, the full-time Lead Vulnerability Commander will engage engineering teams, track SLAs, and drive remediation efforts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage critical vulnerability responses by coordinating fixes and driving them to closure Brief engineering teams on required fixes and track progress against SLAs, escalating risks as necessary Conduct retrospectives to identify systemic issues and improve processes and tooling in collaboration with stakeholders Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in vulnerability management, incident response, or security operations Proven ability to coordinate cross-team remediation under tight deadlines Strong understanding of vulnerability severity and exploitability Experience working directly with engineering teams to drive fixes to completion Ability to effectively communicate risk and status to leadership
