Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service RepresentativeArlington Veterinary Center is seeking an outgoing Lead Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital's front desk while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate supports and mentors the client service team, manages appointment flow, addresses client concerns, and serves as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership.
