We are looking for an experienced and passionate veterinarian to join our Stratford, CT location as a Lead Veterinarian in primary care. The ideal candidate will excel in clinical care, mentor and support staff, and collaborate with our network of specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care and oversee patient care team.
• Mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Participate in collaborative medicine with oncologists, radiologists, cardiologists, and other specialists.
• Maintain clinical standards for wellness, same-day sick appointments, and oncology services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed veterinarian with experience in primary care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to team collaboration and mentoring.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
