About Us
Noah's Ark Veterinary & Boarding Resort is a privately owned small-animal practice located in Millersville, Maryland, between Baltimore, Annapolis, and Washington, D.C. We believe great hospitals are built through partnership between veterinarians, credentialed technicians, support staff, and management. Our goal is to create an environment where excellent medicine, strong culture, and sustainable work-life balance can coexist.
What This Role Looks Like
This position combines clinical practice with opportunities for leadership and influence. Areas of involvement may include:
- Helping shape medical standards and protocols
- Mentoring and supporting veterinary team members
- Evaluating new equipment, services, and medical initiatives
- Collaborating with management on hospital growth and development
- Supporting a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
- Serving as a clinical resource for the team

What We're Looking For
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility)
- DEA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and hospital development
- Leadership experience is welcomed but not required
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys building something alongside a team and takes pride in helping a practice grow.
