Leading mixed-methods research efforts, the full-time remote Lead UX Researcher will provide insights to inform product decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior researchers while focusing on understanding user needs within the Wikimedia projects. Key responsibilities Leading qualitative and quantitative UX research studies to inform product teams Proactively identifying and defining strategic research projects, gaining stakeholder buy-in Communicating research findings and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders Required qualifications 6+ years of experience conducting UX research within a product organization Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Psychology Deep expertise in qualitative research methods and ability to conduct quantitative research end-to-end Proven ability to work collaboratively with product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
