JLL Technologies Revenue Design team is seeking a Lead User Experience Researcher (open to remote hire). You will partner with UX designers, product managers and stakeholders to plan and roll out research strategies.
Responsibilities include conducting qualitative interviews and usability tests, performing quantitative studies, and competitive analysis. You will develop personas, journeys, and core scenarios to guide product decisions.
