Dexcom, a world leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), is searching for a talented Senior UX Designer to help them develop their next-generation CGM system. In this role, you’ll work with a collaborative team to design user-friendly and impactful products that empower people with diabetes to manage their health.
What you’ll do:
- Design intuitive experiences that transform complex medical data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to bring ideas to life
- Lead user research activities and translate findings into design solutions
- Develop prototypes for user testing and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure designs are implemented flawlessly across multiple platforms

Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in UX design
- Proven ability to design user-centered experiences
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies
- Experience with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience designing for mobile apps
- A passion for healthcare and improving lives
Bonus points for:
- Experience with wearables and accessibility guidelines
- A bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or related field
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
