Job Description
Preferred:
- At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes for Web, Mobile, Tablet and other digital channels.
- At least 4 years of experience in working with clients at a strategic and tactical level
- At least 7 years of experience with:
- Setting up UX roadmaps and Planning
- User Research (Personas, Contextual Inquiry, etc.)
- Information Architecture (Site Structure, Navigation Design)
- Interaction Design (Interaction Models, wireframe development, clickable prototypes using Axure and other such tools)
- Usability Testing (Test Planning, Test Script development, Conducting Remote and lab-based usability tests)
- Great communication skills and abilities in working with cross functional teams of UX Architects, Visual Designers and Front-end Developers.
- Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors
- Experience designing highly transactional websites or web-based applications
- Hands-on design skills in wireframes, persona development
- Experience with both traditional solution delivery methodologies, and with rapid, iterative solution delivery methods, such as Agile
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, decentralized environment
- Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a compressed timeline, with competing priorities
- Good command over wireframing tools like Axure, Visio and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Visual Design is a Plus.
Qualifications
Basic:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with User Experience Design - Usability, User Research, Interaction and Visual Design.
