We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide expert clinical care while mentoring providers and non-provider clinic staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality urgent care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with evidence-based protocols and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient care.
• Provide proactive leadership and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records following best practices and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current Massachusetts licensure as an NP or PA.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (CPR and ACLS certifications not accepted).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or an ambulatory care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support clinical staff.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with confidence in professional decision-making.
