Your Responsibilities:

n
• n

  Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.

  n

• n

  Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management.

  n
n
• n

  Train and supervise staff on:

  n

  Emergency response procedures

  n
n
• n

  Evacuation protocols

  n
n
• n

  Hazmat guidelines

  n
n
• n

  Fire safety measures

  n
n
• n

  Injury and incident reporting processes

  n
n
• n

  Ensure full compliance with Metro One’s internal policies, protocols, and performance standards .

• n

  Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns.

  n
n
• n

  Report findings to both client and Metro One leadership in a timely , professional manner.

  n

• n

  Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness .

  n

• n

  Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles , ensuring proper use and maintenance.

• n

  Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.

  n

• n

  Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

  n
n

Qualifications and Requirements:

n
• n

  Supervisory or Lead experience managing uniform security staff is required .

  n
n
• n

  Background in security or safety operations within logistics , fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.

  n
n
• n

  Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required .

  n
n
• n

  Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training .

  n
n
• n

  Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
