Lead Treasury Analyst, Capital MarketsThe Lead Treasury Analyst, Capital Markets position will report to Intuit's Treasury Capital Markets Senior Manager and provides a key role in supporting the global Treasury function. Key duties may include:Assist in the evaluation, analysis, and execution of capital markets transactions to provide adequate funding and maintain financial flexibility. This includes, but is not limited to, public and private debt issuances, convertible debt offerings, equity offerings, leasing, revolving lines of credit, term loan, surety bonds etc.Monitor and report debt covenants, interest expense, share repurchases, dividends, investment portfolio performance and hedging exposureMake recommendations for investing excess cash in accordance with the investment policy.Support analysis of corporate finance topics such as capital structure, cost of capital, shareholder distributions and rating agency framework.Prepare materials and presentations for senior management/Board audiencesRisk Management: assist in maintaining the Intuit's corporate insurance programs, and assist in execution of FX and interest rate hedging transactions.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.

The expected base pay range for this position is:Bay Area: 162,500-219,500San Diego: 149,500-202,500Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required7+ years related treasury capital markets or corporate finance experience.Knowledge of financial statements and GAAPStrong ability to draft and present executive-level presentationsProject management abilitiesDetail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google SuiteStrong technical skills with ability to create financial models, forecasts and analysesAbility to work independently as well as in a growing team environment as requiredStrategic Thinking - able to think strategically end-to-end about decisions and projects, spot challenges/risks, and act with the goal of increasing Intuit's shareholder value and flexibilityPartnership - able to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders (business partners, banks, rating agencies, investment managers, etc.)Must be able to work in a hybrid work model; 3 days in either our Mountain View or San Diego office.
