Full-Time - Onsite - $20.50/hour
Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Lead TRD Operator to support our Thermal Destruction Department in Fairless Hills, PA. This hands-on lead role is ideal for someone with industrial or manufacturing experience who can help guide daily operations, support team members, monitor equipment, and maintain safe, efficient production.
What You'll Do
- Support and lead day-to-day TRD operations
- Operate and monitor industrial processing equipment
- Assist with training and daily direction of operators
- Complete production logs, weights, temperatures, and tracking documentation
- Identify equipment or safety concerns and escalate as needed
- Help maintain workflow, production goals, housekeeping, and safety standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
- Lead or senior operator experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and safety awareness
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Reliable transportation
Schedule & Pay
- $20.50/hour
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Fairless Hills, PA
Compliance Requirements
- Must meet applicable ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
- Must successfully complete required background screening and pre-employment drug testing
