Guiding a team of automation engineers, the full-time Lead Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, and enhance scalable test automation frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally to improve software delivery quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities Lead and provide technical direction to a team of automation engineers Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test strategies and frameworks for various testing types Drive automation strategy and CI/CD integration for major initiatives Required qualifications Eight or more years of relevant test automation or quality engineering experience Significant hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium Proven experience leading automation engineers and providing technical mentoring Strong API testing and automation experience using tools like Postman and REST services Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
