Responsibilities
- Lead water damage restoration projects, including extraction, drying, and mitigation.
- Assess damage, document findings, and communicate with clients and team.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment (e.g., dehumidifiers, air movers).
- Ensure job sites meet safety and quality standards.
Location : Work in the heart of San Diego, serving residential and commercial clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration.
- IICRC certification preferred but not required.
- Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions.
