Lead TechnicianThe Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, and quality assurance, acting as the primary point of contact for our customers, and being responsible for a company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential divisions. In addition, the Lead Technician is a working Field Technician who regularly produces all mold remediation and installation of preventative moisture control solutions, air duct cleaning, HVAC coil cleaning, and 24/7 water damage recovery services to our clients as needed.Primary Responsibilities:Manage the production, including hands-on work as required, of mold remediation, water damage cleanup, installation of preventative moisture control solutions, and HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of workProvide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completionManage project documentation (i.e., photos, contracts, etc.)Respond to emergency recovery situations when needed, 24/7Work safely in a team environmentEnsures all safety measures are enforced on the job siteQualifications:At least one year of experience in home services or construction fieldsWorking knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices is a strong plusExperience in mold remediation and water mitigation, with the understanding that our company's policies may differ from experience.Must be a self-starterAble to work efficiently and effectively in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsWorking knowledge of basic PC operationsExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordComplete a pre-employment background check and drug testSafety Gear Provided:PPEGloves (leather, nitrile, or coated cloth depending on application)Safety Glasses or GogglesN-95 RespiratorsPoly Spun "Tyvek" style suits with hood and foot protectionShoe covers, Knee Pads, and Muck BootsHard Hats, Ear Protection, and Steel Toe Shoes may be required, depending on on-site applicationBenefits:Paid holidays (6)Community ImpactTraining programsCompetitive compensationBonus programCompensation: $25.00 per hourEstablished in 1994, AdvantaClean is born out of a genuine desire to help people rebuild their lives during the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew, which has ravaged South Florida.
