Lead Cleaning & Restoration TechnicianVoda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a full-time Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to oversee restoration projects and lead field technicians in delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, communicating with customers, and mentoring team members while maintaining company and industry standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise cleaning and restoration projects from start to finish.Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to technicians on job sites.Perform carpet, floor, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, and restoration services, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.Inspect job sites before, during, and after completion to ensure quality standards are met.Communicate with customers regarding project scope, progress, and completion.Train and mentor new technicians on equipment, safety procedures, and restoration techniques.Complete job documentation, work orders, moisture readings, and daily activity logs accurately.Ensure company vehicles, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and stocked.Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and IICRC standards.Respond to emergency restoration calls as needed.Assist management with scheduling, project coordination, and resolving customer concerns.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.2+ years of cleaning, restoration, or related field experience.Previous leadership, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred.IICRC certifications (such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, CCT, or FSRT) are preferred; willingness to obtain certifications is required.Basic computer skills, including email, mobile devices, and digital job documentation.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as required (approx 60lbs a few times per day).Ability to work in residential and commercial environments and respond to emergency restoration calls when needed.Must be able to pass a drug test and a full background check will be conducted.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experience and certificationsLeadership advancement opportunitiesHealth insurance optionsPaid time offRetirement planPaid trainingCompany-sponsored IICRC certification opportunitiesOn-the-job training and continuing educationCompensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
