Lead Technician And Field InspectorRestoPros is in search of a qualified professional for a lead technician and field inspector position for a growing company. Candidates for this position need to be versed in residential and commercial remediation/mitigation to be able to explain the mitigation and repairs process to prospective customers in the field daily.
A clean and well-maintained appearance is imperative to ensure that a great first impression is made. Position requires great attention to detail and the ability to perform highly detailed documentation. Hours are not set and can change daily based on customer demand.
Position is also required to lead mitigation efforts on jobs, including performing the water mitigation for residential and commercial properties, leading junior technicians, and providing excellent customer service. This part of the job is labor-intensive and has a rotating "on call / emergency response" requirement. 40 hours guaranteed.
