Technical Expert In Data Center Cabling And InfrastructureWe are looking for a technical expert in cabling and data center infrastructure with experience supervising teams and operations in construction, installation, and implementation projects. This position requires a person with leadership skills, capable of directing work teams and ensuring that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.The ideal candidate must communicate fluently in English and Spanish, have knowledge of data center processes, and experience coordinating personnel.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate work crews on active data center construction projects.Organize daily activities to ensure the completion of project timelines and objectives.Maintain effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and work teams in English and Spanish.Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.Ensure compliance with safety norms and OSHA standards.Monitor productivity, quality of work, and performance of personnel.Resolve operational problems and adjust activities according to project needs.Support in the training and development of the work team.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a leader, supervisor, or foreman.Conversational English and Spanish (required).Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or structural construction processes.2 years of experience in data center projects, critical projects.Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.OSHA 30 certification.Additional certifications are a plus.What We Are Looking ForA practical leader who works alongside the team.Good communication and coordination skills in Spanish and English.Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in dynamic work environments.Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.Work EnvironmentAvailability to work in different locations within the United States.On-site work in data center construction projects.Dynamic and physically active environment.Availability to travel according to project locations.Must have a valid authorization to work in the United States.
