Lead TechnicianA kick-ass Lead Technician is needed for our company based in Centennial, CO. You will report to Dan Lowitz, our Technical Director. We specialize in the installation of sophisticated home automation systems, providing the best user experience and performance. We are looking for someone whose commitment to an exceptional customer experience is unmatched.As the Lead Technician, you will work in homes and businesses to install and integrate the latest in A/V and automation technology. You will spend most of your time onsite as the lead service technician, acting as the lead on system configuration and programming, walking clients through newly installed systems, and overseeing other onsite technicians. On other days you'll work on serving existing clients to ensure their equipment is working smoothly. You must stay up on the latest trends in the home technology industry and be comfortable with shifting focus and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands.Job Summary: Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for the timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned.
